BEIJING, Sept. 22 - According to South Korea, "Chosun Ilbo" reports, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will be held in New York in the 26th United Nations General Assembly speech, asked South Korea to accept the International Court of Justice (ICJ) "compulsory jurisdiction".
 
Compulsory jurisdiction of the territorial issues related litigation when a country brought to the International Court of Justice, the International Court of Justice mandated in other countries must participate in the trial court permission. Although Japan had accepted the compulsory jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea in 1991 to join the international court was retained compulsory jurisdiction. Therefore, Japan will appeal to accept the compulsory jurisdiction.
