BEIJING, Sept. 22 - According to South Korea, "Chosun Ilbo" reports, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will be held in New York in the 26th United Nations General Assembly speech, asked South Korea to accept the International Court of Justice (ICJ) "compulsory jurisdiction".

Although Japan had accepted the compulsory jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea in 1991 to join the international court was retained compulsory jurisdiction.
