WASHINGTON, Aug. 27, according to Japan's Kyodo News reported, the large patrol vessel of the Japan Coast Guard Shikishima No. 27 into the Philippine Coast Guard headquarters in Manila port to participate in joint exercises with the Philippine Coast Guard.
