According to China Central Television reported, the Philippines and the United States Navy and Coast Guard joint exercises held in 2012 at sea combat readiness of cooperation and training will be held July 2 to 10 in the southern Philippines, the Mindanao Sea.

The participating staff: about 400 Philippine Navy personnel and 350 U.S. Navy personnel and 50 of the Philippine Coast Guard and 150 U.S. Coast Guard team.
