5, the bearing and shaft, bearing and end caps with loose or too tight, too tight will make bearing deformation is too loose prone to "run sets". Bearing and the shaft with loose journal can be coated with metallic paint too tight when re-processing; bearing and end cap with the loose end caps set tight, too tight when re-processing.
6, both ends of the motor cover or bearing cap not assembled, usually parallel, causing the bearing is not in the correct position. Both ends of the cover or the Mouth of the bearing cap mounted level, tighten the bolts.
7, the belt too tight, too loose or poor coupling assembly. Adjust belt tightness; teach positive coupling.
8, overhaul, change the wrong bearing model. To be replaced as soon as the correct type of bearing.
