(1) Observation method. Rolling with the naked eye observation, inside and outside the raceway should be no peeling off traces of serious wear and tear, and was a circular grooves; all the rolling surface should be free of spots, cracks and peeling phenomenon; cage should not be loose, no damage, not worn, with the rolling body clearance should not larger.
(2) Touch method. Inside and outside of the normal bearing seat and rolling element gap of 0.005 to0.010 mm. Has used a phase of the rolling bearing, the axial shake with your fingers to pinch thinner race should be no obvious the loose sound.
(3) Rotation method. Bearing seat with one hand gripping the other hand, rotating the outer race bearings should be able to rotate flexibly, but should not feel the radial shaking.
