(1)   Low-noise requirements of the rolling bearing
In China the production of standard bearings, single row radial ball bearing part and cylindrical roller bearings are used in power low-noise machine bearing varieties. One ball bearing inside diameter φ2.5mm to φ60mm from a number of varieties with Zl, Z2 and Z3 three kinds of suffix, corresponding to three different low-noise requirements, and roller bearings from N309 to N322-type model has a total of eight models produced by low-noise standard varieties.
These bearings can be applied to other low-noise requirements of the machine, and the price is cheap, as in the type and size to meet the requirements, maximize the use of these two types’ of low-noise bearings.
(2) Using a relatively small bearing noise
when not using the above two types of low-noise bearings, the bearings can be relatively small noise. Specific basis of comparison as follows:
1) ball bearing roller bearing noise ratio is low, less sliding bearings (friction) noise more than there sliding bearings is low;
2) the use of solid cage bearing noise ratio relative to the bearing cage with a low punch; use plastic cage bearing noise than the above two bearing cage are low; the ball a few more, outer thick, noise also smaller,
3) high precision bearings, especially the use of higher precision roller bearings, precision bearings of its noise than the low-noise is relatively small,
4) small bearing noise, bearing noise ratio is relatively small.
