French media and telecom giant Vivendi (VIV.PA) Tuesday said it has entered exclusive talks to sell its majority stake in Maroc Telecom (IAM.CS) Dubai-based Emirates Telecommunications 4.2 ETEL.AD of one billion euros (5.54 one billion U.S. dollars) in cash.
Vivendi said he hopes to complete negotiations by the end of the talks with a consortium of investors in Morocco, you can also invest in the company, will be held in parallel.
