CML gets takeover offer from LifeLabs

Will combine two of Canada's largest medical laboratory operators under the $122 million friendly takeover of Ontario, backed by one of the largest public sector pension funds.
Assuming that the deal was approved, LifeLabs medical laboratory services will pay cash RMB 10.75 per share, and assume debt of $25.5 billion, to buy all of the health care of chronic myelogenous leukemia, mississauga, Ontario.
"I am very pleased to announce that two of our laboratory diagnostic company together in Ontario's patients and their health," said Sue, President and chief executive of LifeLabs palin.
"Together, we can be more powerful partners, government and health care providers to the planning and delivery of high quality and canadians access to diagnostic services."
LifeLabs supply about 100000 patients and nearly 20000 doctors, mainly concentrated in the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia in Canada.
CML health care company in Ontario have 112 customer care center. It also has 82 imaging center in Ontario and British Columbia, but has reduced its business focus on medical imaging diagnostic laboratory.
"Our two organizations care for patients, and to help doctors to determine the correct course of action and better health care effect, CML care, President and chief executive, said:" Thomas Wellner.
"So, in the two companies together, we are completely in line with our commitment, in Ontario, outpatient service quality and continuous improvement in the future."
CML, LifeLabs and Ontario municipal employees' retirement system, or OMERS, the company owned by the Nordic LifeLabs infrastructure arm is supporting the agreement.
