International service company said it would purchase with the funeral home and cemetery operator Stewart company, deal worth about $113 million.
Houston company plans to pay Stuart, it is based on Jefferson in Louisiana, that is a 35% premium to Stewart during Tuesday's closing price of $13.25 per share.
