Government survey found, resulting in "extremely" poor quality construction materials and a series of violations of the construction of a garment factory in Bangladesh, known as the worst disaster in the history of the apparel industry collapse, the committee head said Thursday.

The report found that building owners Sohel Rana allow the establishment of a six-story structure, and add illegal floors, so he can rent them garment factory. The statement said the authorities in the past, the owner of the structure and three had permission to five floors illegally added.

The Committee recommended that, Rana and garment factory owners were sentenced to life imprisonment if they are found guilty of violation of building codes.
Rana, three engineers and four factory owners have been arrested.
The building was briefly closed, workers discovered cracks in the walls and pillars of the day before the April 24 crash. But garment factory workers back to work, many of them powerful.
Shortly after the disaster, more than 2,500 people were rescued. The Committee urges the Government to ensure that all injured persons receive free treatment.
