Greek Prime Minister is seeking to invest in China and trade agreements, to help the recovery of his country's recession-battered economy.
Antonis Samaras on Thursday met with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, witnessed the signing of the agreement after two field, including transportation and telecommunications. During the meeting, Li Zhaoxing said that China hopes the two countries can be doubled, two-way trade by 2015, as well as promote cultural exchange, the state Xinhua News Agency reported.
Samaras and dozens of businessmen and several ministers in Greek assets and products in order to attract Chinese buyers bid. China COSCO has been accounted for, the revival of the Greek port of Piraeus, Greece is seeking more foreign investors to sell state-owned assets as required by its bailout agreement.
China is the world's second largest economy, the Government expects the company will invest about $ 50 billion U.S. dollars overseas in the next few years.
Samaras also plans to visit China's financial capital of Shanghai, in his trip.
