Healthcare real estate investment trust company plans to spend $697 million in cash to buy the majority ownership of 47 Canadian senior residential community.

Health care, real estate investment trusts also said on Wednesday it will offer 18 million shares, to raise funds to repay debts and other property investment. The company has granted the underwriters 30-day option to buy an additional 270 million shares, to make up for the above requirements.
Ubs investment bank, deutsche bank securities, Wells Fargo securities will be joint munger, selling books of the run.
Healthcare real estate investment trust's shares closed at $75.62, on Tuesday and have risen more than 23% so far this year.
