Seattle, Washington 21 shooting incident occurred, killing five people.
Federal Way (Federal Way), police spokeswoman Cathy Schrock, Schrock said the shooting occurred a block of flats in the south of Seattle, police rushed to the scene at around local time at 21:30 on the 21st.
