Two rockets hit the Israeli Red Sea resort of Eilat (Wednesday), causing no casualties or damage, the city's mayor said.
Mayor Meir Yitzhak Halevy told Army Radio said it was clear the rocket attacks launched from Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, open areas.
The firing of rockets in Eilat last November. Attack launched from the Sinai, has given rise to concerns of Israel along the Egyptian border since the fall of 2011, President Hosni Mubarak's radical Islamic activities.
Army Radio said, there were reports that two rockets hit a neighboring Jordan Aqaba City.
