New rules of enterprise and "unprecedented" level of uncertainty, the explosion of the budget negotiations in the United States will keep America achieve its full growth potential, "general electric (GE) chief executive Jeff Immelt (Jeff Immelt) on Monday said in the letter to shareholders.

Mr Immelt also proposed a "shale gas revolution," and predicted that his company will be ", make the compressed natural gas (CNG) as a transportation fuel more easily, "with Chesapeake energy (CHK).
"And shale gas and other unconventional resources in the United States (and elsewhere) traffic will change the competitive balance of energy generation," the letter said.
