Putin: Russian military by 2020 the proportion of new equipment will reach 70-10

Putin said that Russia should be established within the next two years advanced military research system. Currently, the Russian military has been equipped with a "Borey-class strategic nuclear submarine, Ya Ersi" intercontinental ballistic missile, S-400 air defense missile systems and other weapons. Prevention and control of the fifth-generation fighter, and S-500 missile system is also being developed in other leading equipment and testing.
The implementation of military reform since 2009, Russia has now entered the second phase.
