Tokyo (AP) - Japan's cabinet has approved a 13.1 trillion yen (us $14.7 billion us dollars) supplementary budget through march including military spending of the border.
Chief cabinet secretary LiangYingXin better said, the plan on Tuesday agree with the government's economic stimulus package part of the program, including 21 billion yen ($2.4 billion) for equipment upgrades, in order to strengthen border. It still needs to be approved by parliament.
Prime minister Shinzo Abe (Shinzo Abe) announced on Friday, a 20 trillion yen ($22.5 billion) a package of public works and other project, which aims to support Japan struggling economy and the manufacturer. Critics say, economic stimulus will aggravate the Japanese huge public debt, and encourage wasteful spending unnecessary construction project.
Japan facing recession weaken in Europe and China's investment and needs. Due to the territorial disputes, the Japanese products sales in China have declined.
