President Obama's plan, to meet the Afghan President hamid karzai on Friday, the White House said in a statement, the meeting, the United States trying to determine how to quickly deploy troops in Afghanistan after more than ten years of war.
In 2014, the Afghan army and police will take over the country's security as U.S. combat troops leave. The two countries are trying to work out a 2014 years later, the presence of U.S. troops of the nature of any transaction.
"President Obama look forward to welcoming the Afghan delegation to Washington, we will continue to discuss in Afghanistan between the United States and Afghanistan lasting partnership, our common vision of transition," the White House says.
