A grand jury sued the New York man and his girlfriend, last Saturday they were arrested, police found explosive compound, bomb-making manual and weapons, in their Greenwich village apartment.
Aaron green, 31, briefly appeared in the court of law in New York last Friday the indictment, and learned by the judge. He was sent back to prison, not bail.
Formally charged green announced on January 29 and sunrise, he is expected to enter a plea, prosecutors said.
Greene's girlfriend, Morgan Gliedman, who is nine months pregnant, when she was arrested at the weekend, gave birth to a baby girl, police detained is still under treatment in hospital, law enforcement sources said.
