Conocophillips said it has agreed to sell its in Algeria enterprise to Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina company for 175 million dollars.
Algeria business in three major oilfield shares. October last year, an average of 11000 barrels of oil equivalent magnetic fields produced by every day. Houston company overall output is about 157 million barrels of oil equivalent, every day in 9 months to September.
The deal is expected to be in 2013 years. Conocophillips company has sold more than $200 billion in oil refineries, pipelines and other assets, since 2010 to reshape itself as an independent oil and gas producer.
