A roadside bomb killed five Afghan police, including a district police chief, through their vehicle in volatile southern Afghanistan, partial tear, provincial authorities said on Friday.
Four district police chief Ahmadullah, with police bodyguards Sarab in Uruzgan province killed last night, "Abdullah Himmat, a spokesman for the governor told AFP.
"Initially, Taliban militants attacked a security checkpoint when the Mayor, together with his men responded to his car, a roadside bomb," police Chief of Investigations, Gulab Khan said.
Khan said that all vehicles have been killed.
Say there is no direct responsibility, but the bomb planted on a regular basis for a decade-long war against the NATO-led foreign troops and Taliban militants fighting Afghan government forces.
The specific goals of the Afghan security forces against the Taliban, they are ready to take over full responsibility by the end of 2014, 130,000 foreign troops from the security, but civilians are often victims of roadside bombs.
