The Supreme Court of England refused to WikiLeaks chief Julian Assange bid to re-start his case, the 40-year-old was extradited to Sweden one step closer to.
On Thursday announced a five-point ruling, the court said, the world-renowned computer expert should be extradited to Sweden to face criminal charges.
Assange was wanted for questioning after allegations of sexual misconduct of two women in Sweden, from a visit to the country in mid-2010.
asange can still apply to the European Court of Human Rights, but legal experts say, he stood little chance.
