Supporting and slewing bearing with double row ball is composed of following assemblies: bottom ring, ring top, balls, gaskets, nipple M16x1, 5 (18 pcs) fasteners - screw M24x160 IR (36 pcs), IR M24x170 screw (22 pcs), IR M24x180 screw (1 pcs), M24x185 IR screw (12 pcs), IR M24x195 screw (1 pc), IR M24 nut (72 pieces), IP 25 flat washers (144 pcs). Specifications:
- disposal diameter of rolling bodies = 3.490 mm - outside diameter = 3.660 mm - inside diameter = 3.320 mm - height = 125 mm - upper part Mounting diameter = 3.610 mm - lower part Mounting diameter = 3.370 mm - static axial load = 10.100 kN - overturning moment = 8.800 kNm - mass = 1.414,6 kg - rolling ways are hardened on the surface by CIF. - bearing fixing on rotating assemblies is done by screws, and for this purpose are provided corresponding holes in rings; Rolling bodies are made of steel alloyed with chromium for bearings RUL 1, RUL 2, heat-treated according to SR EN ISO 683-17:2002. The rings are made of 41MoCr11 steel.
